1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our painting services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

3.1 Estimates

  • All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
  • Estimates are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection
  • Final pricing may vary if conditions differ from those initially assessed

3.2 Written Agreements

  • All work will be performed under a written contract signed by both parties
  • Changes to the original scope of work must be approved in writing
  • Additional work beyond the original scope will be charged separately

4. Payment Terms

  • Client must provide access to water source if required

5.3 HOA and Permit Requirements

  • Client is responsible for obtaining necessary HOA approvals
  • Client must secure any required permits
  • Client must ensure color selections comply with HOA guidelines

6. Our Responsibilities and Warranties

6.1 Workmanship Warranty
